We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it provided a great halfway stop on our journey from the UK to Portugal. The beds were incredibly comfy and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful scenery and offered plenty of free parking. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us, even securing the best table on the terrace for us at the restaurant. We also appreciated that this hotel is dog-friendly, as they provided little treats for our furry companion. the level of comfort, service, and attention to detail at this place was exceptional.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfy beds of the hotel, which made my stay quite restful. the location of the hotel was superb, and it offered easy access to great tourist attractions around the area. the hotel was neat and well-organized, and the staff was welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Some of the room service options were a little too fancy, which did not offer much variety for those who want a simple snack. the air conditioning system was not functioning correctly, and the reception staff did not take immediate action, which made the night uncomfortable.

I always stay at this hotel in Bidart. Staff helped with bug spray on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage and 24-hour security. I enjoy the restaurant, welcome drink, and seasonal outdoor pool. The spa and massage services are great too.
